Since 2000, Elements Design Build
has worked with hundreds of homeowners in both design and build. Our homes have an average square footage of 3,500 SF, but range from 1,200 to 8,000. The heart of Elements is providing creative solutions to real estate investing problems with a positive financial gain. Because we realize that there comes some risk with being on the cutting edge. We minimize this risk by following processes to mitigate these issues. Using these meticulous processes takes a commitment to research and development, but ultimately raises the standard of quality from the existing homes in the area to a solid deal for an exceptional home to potential buyers.
