Elements Custom Homes has been designing house plans for over 20 years. We have worked with homeowners in 14 different states across our great country. Furthermore, our design team creates house plans for our customers in varied styles such as English Cottage, Tudor, Storybook, Farmhouse, Craftsman, Country French, Old World, Mid Century Modern, and Urban/Modern. Similarly, we love the opportunity to create an exceptional design that can be built at an affordable cost. Because of this, our goal is to use design to give you the most we can for your budget. However, this does not mean cheap custom home construction. On the contrary, it means affordable for the quality and beauty your home displays. Also, we offer a 3D software to give better visualization with your custom plan design before we ever start construction.

How do we define your custom house designs? It begins with the individual needs of the client. Over the course of initial design meetings, we discover the desired size and components of the home design, and the personal styles and taste of the home owner.
Next, we consider the subject property location and features, as custom house designs should be equally influenced by the individuality of the client and the details of the parcel of land where it will be built. The third component and one of the most important, the budget. We take all these pieces of the puzzle and develop custom house designs that are unique to the client that will live there, that flows with the environment and surroundings where it will be built and comes in at the desired price point.
