The Textile Lofts—a six-unit boutique development—is nestled on the corner of 5th and Liberty in Easley. Offered by Elements Design Build LLC, a small, family-owned business, which specializes in creating unique spaces that South Carolinians can call home. Spaces that prove bigger is not always better. Textile Lofts: The Individual Units
First Floor
As you enter the front door, sleek design and warm finishes, such as hardwood floors and welcoming wall colors greet you. The first floor has access to an attached, over-sized one car garage. It also boasts a bedroom, which could be used as a guest room, work-out space, craft room, home office, and more. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, and access to a full bath, as well. Also, there is storage space underneath the stairs and easy access to an outdoor space where you could grill.
Second Floor
As you walk up the stained hardwood stairs, you catch glimpses of the second floor through the slatted custom wood wall, which allows natural light from six living room windows to spill into the stairwell. Located on the second floor, the main living area includes an open kitchen with custom wood cabinets, large center island, and granite countertops. (Each unit has its own unique, designer kitchen cabinet color(s).) The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, including a range, vent hood, and dishwasher. Additionally, the second floor includes a half-bath with furniture-style vanity, as well as a closet that could be used as a coat closet, linen closet, or extra pantry space. (Though the kitchen contains ample storage, including a pantry cabinet.)
Third Floor
Walking up to the third floor, you’ll discover the Master Suite. This private space includes an ensuite master bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, private toilet room, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. A second closet is located off the master bedroom. This space could be used as extra storage or a pocket office. The third floor also includes a large, private balcony, perfect for sippin’ that first cup of coffee as the world wakes up or chillin’ on a cool autumn evening with a steaming cup of tea.
Textile Lofts: Outdoor Spaces & Maintenance
Speaking of outdoor spaces, the Textile Lofts is surrounded by fresh landscaping, offering greenery along with pops of color on the property. The units are classified as condos, so ground level outdoor spaces are shared, and all exterior maintenance is overseen by the HOA.
Speaking of maintenance, these homes were built with quality in mind. Foam insulation, tankless hot water heaters, and Jeld-Wen windows are just a few of the custom features included. Two short blocks from the Silos, enjoy a brewery and outdoor food hall (with the yummiest donuts!) After indulging, grab the pup and head to the Doodle Trail–the cousin of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Located just two blocks from Textile, the Doodle consists of miles of trails, connecting Easley and Pickens. Or if you prefer, hop in the car and make the quick 13-mile drive to vibrant Downtown Greenville.
